What are the means of payment?

Payment by monthly instalments without charge?

Yes, you can pay all your orders in 3x, 6x or 12 monthly instalments at no cost to you!

Conditions:
- Order not exceeding CHF 5'000.00
- You must be Swiss or hold a C or B permit for all orders over CHF 1'000.
How much does delivery cost?

For orders of less than CHF 1'000, the cost is CHF 100.00 for delivery to your home, and CHF 100.00 for assembly of the furniture.

For all orders over CHF 1'000, delivery is free of charge

For all orders over CHF 2'000, delivery and installation are free of charge.

Delivery is only possible within Switzerland.

What is your returns policy?

Damaged items must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Items that are not in conformity due to our error will be exchanged free of charge.
Is it possible to exchange items?

The exchange of ordered items is only possible in their original packaging.

Once the packaging has been opened, the exchange is no longer possible, except for the core of the mattresses which have a right to exchange the firmness within 3 months after your purchase.
Can I come and see the product?

The FUTON.CH shop at 200 m exit Morges-Ouest is one of our biggest branches in Switzerland where you will be able to see several beds, bed bases and mattresses.

Why Swiss Bed concept?

With the Swiss Bed Concept, there are virtually no limits to your creativity. You choose your favourite bed frame and combine it with the legs and headboards of your choice. You can choose different materials and colours from all the collections, the pictures shown are only suggestions.
Are your woods FSC?

We offer wood products with the FSC® label
FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council® and stands for responsible forest management worldwide. If the entire value chain of wood production meets the strict guidelines, the products receive this quality label. Look out for FSC® certified products.
Are the beds suitable for people with allergies?

All stains, varnishes, oils and glues meet the European E1 standard for materials used in furniture and interior design. If you need detailed information about the composition of our oils and varnishes, please let us know.
Is it possible to order spare parts?

We will gladly take care of your spare parts orders. Please note that colour differences may occur with subsequent purchases.
Our product guarantee

We provide a 5-year guarantee on the surface finish and material quality as well as on the proper processing of all our models from the date of purchase.
The guarantee is 2 years on the following products:
